The last friday 2th of December was the inauguration of the Municipal Gym built by the Town Hall of Busot. This electoral promise was carried out after two years of work and adaptation to the town´s sports needs, like increasing the sports schools or the facilities.

The sports concilman, Dña. Asunción Serrano, said that "first of all we had to make changes to spelling the infraestreucture of the sports center, which cost more than 80,000 euros to make improvements to the sport fields.

She also said that the sport schools has grown a lot around 250 people are diubg sports activities every day.

They have new activities like badmington and pilates, which has a lot of success with more than 25 participants.

In regards to the Gym, the Mayor, Alejandro Morant, said " this kind of service will help very young people who do not practice sport usually, and, this way, I´m convinced that we´ll promote a very healthy habit improving, the life of the town.

The Town Hall has spent about 20,000 euros to have this Gym wich has new brand machines, bodybuilding and cardiovascular machines. They are thinking about expanding the installation next year if necessary hoping to put in a bigger spining area.
